To pay by phone please call 270-262-1110 and have your credit card or check information ready. We accept major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. If you would like to set your payment on Automatic Bank Draft, fill out the form you receive in your welcome packet and return it to our office. Please make sure you sign the form.
